South Georgia kids paint in the park

Albany- Some South Georgia children received and art lesson today while enjoying the outdoors.

Saturday the Albany Recreation and Parks Department held its second annual Arts in the Park.

Children had the chance to enhance their knowledge of art, display their artistic ability, and challenge their creativity. They also enjoyed singing and dancing.

    The passenger of a car that caught on fire Friday morning is OK. A woman said she was driving to work on GA Highway 300 when she took the Slappey Boulevard South exit.
