Albany --  An Albany man's car is set on fire for the second time in six months. Calvin Moultrie said he heard a explosion outside his home on Exeter Road just after midnight Thursday night.

His Chevy Cavalier was burning. Police found a bleach bottle that had contained gasoline and two socks outside the car.

Asked if he had any idea who would do this to his family,l Moultrie said " No, we don't. I wish I did, we could stop it. But I don't have any idea."

Six months ago Moultrie said his daughter's 1994 Mitsubishi was set on fire in almost the same spot.
