An Albany man, wanted for shooting his step brother, is now in jail. 26 year old Dextra Carter surrendered Tuesday.
Investigators say Carter shot Reginald Daniels in the shoulder last Thursday on South Madison Street. Daniels survived the shooting. Carter is charged with aggravated assault.
