Chandler, Az. - The number one ranked Darton women's soccer team will play for the NJCAA championship.
The Lady Cavs score a goal in each half and Alison Ryan recorded her second straight shutout in 2-0 win over Chandler-Gilbert Community College.
Darton got their first goal when Jo-Ann Saliba scored on a rebound of a corner kick with just four minutes left in the first yhalf.
The combination of Stephanie Daniels and Shakira Duncan accounted for Darton's second goal in the second minute of the second half.
Duncan fed Daniels who scored her fourth goal of the tournament.
Darton will now play Lews and Clark College for the NJCAA championship Sunday at 4:30 p.m. eastern time.
It is Darton's second trip to the NJCAA championship game.
The Lady Cavs finished national runner up to Monroe Community College in 2005.
