Yet another Albany store clerk is caught selling alcohol to an underage officer. The Kwickie-Flash Foods Convenience Store on East Oakridge sold beer to an underage officer during a bust by the Albany Police Department.

Since this was the second violation, city commissioners suspended the stores alcohol license for 7 days. The Kwickie must also pay $200 reinstallation fee for the license.
