ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A Lee County man pleaded guilty Tuesday to a deadly crash on Ledo Road that killed three people.

In June 2006, 40-year-old Michael Littleton lost control of his pickup truck on Ledo Road and crashed head on into a car. A blood test showed Littleton was legally drunk.

Kelly Jean and Charles Caldwell were in the car he hit and they were killed. Also killed was a passenger in Littleton's truck, 17-year-old Nathan Wood.

Last month, WALB News 10 interviewed Wood's parents who expressed frustration that Littleton had not yet been tried.

Littleton pleaded guilty to three counts of vehicular homicide, DUI and possession of marijuana and DUI controlled substances. He will be sentenced December 17th.
