BAINBRIDGE, GA (WALB) - A Bainbridge man is in critical condition at the Augusta Burn Center Saturday night after getting injured during a meth lab explosion .
Decatur County Sheriff's deputies say they could smell the chemicals at 2606 Twin Lakes Drive where 31-year-old Jeffery Parker was burned Thursday night.
Parker's girlfriend lived there with her two children. They were also in the home at the time of the explosion.
Deputies say they have been investigating Parker for several weeks. That investigation is still ongoing, but they expect to make arrests in this case next week.Feedback
