ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Albany Police blocked off part of an east Albany neighborhood Friday night, when a man with a gun locked himself in a bathroom.

Police say 26-year-old Antonio Thomas got into an argument with his wife at this house in the 400 block of Vintage Road.  He went into a bathroom and fired one gunshot.

Police rushed to the home a little after six o'clock.  Thomas stayed in the bathroom for nearly an hour before he came out peacefully.

Police say no one was hurt, but Thomas was taken to Phoebe Putney to be evaluated.

They plan to charge him with reckless conduct.
