Smithville- Americus Doctor John Marshall has enlisted the help of lawyers Willie Gary and Lorenzo Williams in his 25-million dollar lawsuit against the hospital.  Medical expert and doctor David Hatmaker is now a part of Marshall's defense team.

"We didn't have any doubts before the team came on and we absolutely don't have any doubts now," claims Marshall.

Marshall says the hospital violated his rights and attacked him because he spoke out about the mistreatment of black patients.

The case is still pending.  Marshall is also president of the Americus-Sumter County National Association for the Advancement of Colored People.
