A one car accidents kills man in Tifton

Tifton- A Florida driver falls asleep whiling driving causing a fatal wreck near Tifton.

Police say around three on Saturday morning, driver, 25-year old Brian Elliott of Jacksonville, was headed south on Interstate 75 when he fell asleep and went into the median. He woke up, overcorrected, and the car overturned.

Elliott, and passenger Tyrone Linder, also of Jacksonville, received minor injuries. The back seat passenger, 26-year old, Walter Henry of Jacksonville, died at the scene.

No charges were filed.
