ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Deputies quickly rounded up an escaped prisoner. Jerry Darrin Ross, 32, walked off a work detail about 2:00PM near the Irwin County 4-H building.
He was gone from his work detail for about four hours Thursday.
Ross is a white man, 5-feet, 10-inches tall, and weighs 164 pounds. He has short brown hair and brown eyes.
When he walked off, he was wearing green and white jumpsuit.
