ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Seventy city and county managers from around Georgia are in Albany this week.

Albany is hosting the three-day Georgia City County Management Association conference. They'll discuss issues that include transportation and how to do more with tighter budgets. Albany will also showcase some of the improvements they've made in managing city projects.

"The city will be demonstrating our project management office tool which is a method we use to manage our project. We managed over 200 plus projects worth over 41 million dollars," said Albany City Manager Alfred Lott.

While in town the group will tour the Bridge House, the Flint Riverquarium, and the Parks at Chehaw. They'll enjoy skeet shooting at Wynnfield Plantation and golf at the city owned course.
