ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Twenty-two-year-old Theron Vondameir Hobbs was repairing a vehicle Thursday when it rolled back and pinned him.

He was killed in the accident.

Hobbs was a graduate of Monroe High and his wife Kimberly is expecting their first child in February. She says the only comfort she has is knowing he died doing what he wanted .... serving his country.

"He loved everybody. He made friends with everybody. And he always did what he had to do to take care of his family," she said.

Hobbs was expected to return to Albany in January.
