ALBANY, GA (WALB) -  Albany Police want you to take a look at surveillance video from the robbery of a convenience store, and see if you can help them find this criminal.

These are surveillance video pictures of a man robbing the A and J Food Mart Number 2 on South Westover Road about 8 Monday night.

The man, described as 5-foot-3, 160 pounds, jumped the store counter and threatened the clerk. He did not show a gun during the robbery, but threatened that he had one.

The robber took more than $400 from the cash register, and then made the clerk show him the safebox, and tried to open it, but never could. Finally he jumped the counter again and ran.

Police ask you to look at this surveillance video, and if you can help them identify him, you could earn a reward.

Call CRIME STOPPERS at 436-TIPS.
