ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Sherwood Church's movie "Fireproof" continues to burn up the screens and a book featured in the movie is a bestseller.
"The Love Dare" is used by the main characters in "Fireproof" to help rekindle their marriage. Sherwood pastors Alex and Stephen Kendrick wrote the book to coincide with the release of the movie.
It's already in it's seventh printing and is the number one Paperback Advice book on the New York Times Best Seller list. "That was not our goal but we are very excited that God is using it and that people are connecting with the book and then using it to invest in their marriages," said Stephen Kendrick.
On Wednesday, the book was also number 11 out of all books on Amazon.
You can find "The Love Dare" at many stores including Walmart and Sherwood Baptist Church's bookstore.
