CAIRO, GA (WALB) - A wanted sex offender in Grady County turned himself in. 42 year old Handy Young was convicted of fondling a child in 2001. He was released from prison in 2007.

When it came time for him to update his registration in May, he didn't show and had been on the run. After we ran his picture Monday, he turned himself in the next day.

Young is now in the Grady County Jail.
