Fireman indicted for molestation

Albany-- An Albany firefighter is indicted by the grand jury for molesting two young girls.

Joseph Bennett Pait, a Lieutenant in the Fire Department, is charged with five counts of child molestation and four counts of aggravated sexual battery.

Police say he molested two girls, both under age 16, several times between January 2000 and April 2002.

Pait is suspended without pay from the fire department. His trial date will be set in October.
