Albany -- So what will happen to Robert Albritten's insurance and funeral home businesses?

State Insurance Commissioner John Oxendine says Albritten's insurance license will be suspended.

Oxendine said "Proceedings have begun to revoke his license, that is in the process."

Oxendine said the Secretary of State's office, that licenses funeral homes, has also been contacted about the case. The insurance policies that Albritten wrote through his company were mostly burial policies... valued between 3 and 5 thousand dollars each.
