QUITMAN, GA (WALB) - Quitman Police and the GBI are investigating the murder of an elderly man.

Family members found 87-year-old Daniel Jones unresponsive in his unit at the Highland Avenue Apartments.

Quitman police are not saying how he died, but only that there was trauma to the body.

No arrests have been made and police have a few suspects.

Jones' body will undergo an autopsy on Monday.
