South Albany restaurant robbed at gun point

ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Police are on the look out for a man who robbed a South Albany restaurant at gun point.

A cashier at Charlie and Pearls on South Jefferson told police that the armed robbery happened just after ten last night.

Asia Jackson told police that after a man ordered his meal, he pulled a gun out and demanded she give him her cell phone and the all of the cash in the register.

He than left the restaurant heading South on Jefferson.

The man was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white shirt with a black jacket. He also had shoulder length dread locks.
