Colquitt County - Murder charges against two brothers accused of killing their roommate are dropped.

Francisco and Baldamar Hernandez were arrested in February after 26-year-old Ramiro Olivas was found stabbed to death. Investigators decided the brothers acted in self defense because Olivas stabbed them too.

Francisco pled guilty to one count of aggravated assault and sentenced to ten years. Charges are expected to be dismissed on Baldamar.

All three men were migrant workers in Colquitt County.
