ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Lee County Sheriff's office is hoping you will recognize a man who robbed a Lee County convenience store Tuesday night.

This is the surveillance video from Homerun Foods on Highway 19 in Lee County. Just before eleven last night a light skinned young black man between 5'6" and 5'9" dressed in a long sleeved gray shirt, a black T-shirt over it, and a scarf wrapped around from his nose down entered the store and confronted the clerk.

He pulled another clerk from an office and scream at the two where's the money. He then opened both cash registers, emptied their contents and then questioned the clerks again about the night deposit.

It had already been picked up. The suspect jumped the counter and ran north along Highway 19. Anyone with information is asked to call the Lee County Sheriff's office.
