ALBANY, GA (WALB) - It was a morning filled with tears and joy at the Southwest Georgia Regional Airport.  Marine Reservist, Lance Farlow was greeted by his mother, father and girlfriend.

Farlow is the last of 22 Marine Reservists to return to Albany after his support in the Global War against Terror. The group was activated for deployment to Iraq in January. Now Farlow says he can't describe how happy he is to be back.

"You go through a wide range of emotion, but we are very proud of him and very glad to see him come home. And I feel very blessed," said mother, Connie Farlow.

"It's an awesome feeling, really euphoric. You can't put it into words. It's a lot to digest," said Lance Farlow.

Farlow is from Thomasville and says the next challenge he will take on is becoming a certified scuba instructor.
