ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Thieves completely cleaned out an Albany home taking everything from appliances to the copper wiring in the walls.
Daniel Harper called police to 1106 Moultrie Road Saturday afternoon when he found his AC unit taken apart.
But he wasn't ready for what he discovered inside.
Walls and ceilings throughout the home were damaged when thieves stripped the house for copper wiring and piping.
They also stole kitchen appliances, several sinks, faucets, a generator and even four tires and rims. Police estimate about 5,000 dollars worth of damage and stolen items.
