If you don't think your vote counts, just consider what happened in the Stewart County Primary election.
A School Board race was determined by one vote. School Board member Austin Taylor Junior was defeated by Joe Carter for the district two board seat on Tuesday.
The final count was Carter 169, Taylor 168. A recount Thursday ended with the same results.
