VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - A Valdosta woman is accused of trying to run over her boyfriend with her car.

Investigators say 19-year-old Jakaila Martin tried to run down her boyfriend outside a home in Hamilton County, Florida.

She missed her target but pinned his friend between two cars.

He needed 30 staples in his leg.

She then sped off.

Lowndes County deputies found her in Valdosta last week.

She has now been extradited to Florida where she faces aggravated battery charges.
