VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - Police follwed the trail of an armed robbery suspect to a Valdosta home, and then surrounded it.
Two men held up a Chevron station at 1101 North Patterson Street shortly after 10:00 this morning.
A high speed chase lead to a house in the 500 block of Mary Street.
SWAT members tried to negotiate with a woman at the house, but when they did not get a response, officers secured a search warrant and entered the residence.
Both suspects are now in custody.
No shots were fired during the holdup, the pursuit or standoff.
