VALDOSTA, GA (WALB) - Valdosta voters lined up outside the elections office before it opened.

They started casting ballots right after the office opened and the flow has been constant throughout the day.   Elections officials said almost 350 voted by late Monday afternoon.

"Our secretary of state is predicting around a 80% turnout or higher. We anticipate about 20,000 early and advanced voting. We should have a excellent turnout in Lowndes County," says Elections Supervisor Deb Cox.

Early voting runs through Halloween.
