District 135, incumbent Representative Lawrence Roberts returns to the House of Representatives, and he says he's glad South Georgians feel he is still the best candidate for the job.

Roberts came in as the winner tonight with 57 per cent of the vote over challenger. Roberts says he looks forward to bringing more jobs to South Georgia and helping the area continue to grow.

Despite his loss, Breedlove says he is proud of his campaign, and he says Roberts will do a good job.

Lawrence says, "I want to thank the people in district 135 for their support and their confidence in electing me to another two terms in the Georgia General Assembly."

Breedlove says, "I would have liked to have won but that just how things worked out and that's fine. I think Lawrence did a good job."

Jeremy Breedlove says he looks forward to running for political office again in the near future.
