An infant is shaken and squeezed to death, the mother's boyfriend is charged with murder. Twenty-year-old Michael Foster of Grady County was arrested Tuesday afternoon and charged with felony murder and cruelty to children.
Investigators say the infant, 15-month-old Malcolm Lewis, was reported not breathing on Friday. The boy died in the hospital Saturday of closed head trauma and blunt force trauma to his abdomen.
His mother is 21-year-old April Lewis. Foster is in the Grady County Jail.
