ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Closing arguments got underway Tuesday afternoon in the murder trial of an Albany man accused of slitting the throat of his disabled step-uncle.

36-year old Ricky Johnson's trial began Monday.

Johnson is charged with killing 64-year old George Ponder in April 2007.

Prosecutors say Johnson was caught after he used Ponder's A-T-M Card.

The jury is expected to begin deliberations Wednesday morning.
