Albany-- A Dougherty County Health Department inspector gave the cafeteria at Dougherty Comprehensive High School a 75, which is a failing grade. To pass the inspection, cafeterias have to have a grade of 85 or better.

According to the health inspector, a worker was seen licking her fingers while preparing food.

Cafeteria manager Glenda Jacques says her workers will be more accountable for their actions. "We are just going to tighten up as much as we can with everybody watching everybody to try to see that it certainly will not ever happen again."

The cafeteria worker who was seen licking her fingers has been employed in the cafeteria for twenty-six years. She has been reprimanded, and Jacques says this incident will go on her record.
