ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The trial for a Lee County man charged with Driving Under the Influence vehicular homicide was postponed for a second time Thursday.

Clifford Sanspree is charged in a wreck that killed 16-year-old Guy Tanner in November 2006.

Tanner was a passenger in Sanspree's truck when Sanspree swerved and crashed at Lovers Lane and John's drive. Tanner was thrown out and killed.

Sanspree's lawyers told the judge today they need more time to prepare their case.

It will likely be December before the case goes to trial.
