ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Kenneth "Bo" Kennedy is charged with 11 counts of theft by taking.

Kennedy, a former salesman at Carl Gregory Chrysler in Albany is charged with stealing customers' down payment money.

We told you last week that Kennedy and former general sales manager Joseph Martin are accused of pocketing down payments from six customers. Now a seventh victim has come forward.

Kennedy phoned WALB News 10 last week to say that he's the one who blew the whistle on the scam. But Investigators say he only started talking after he realized he was about to get caught.

Dougherty County Sheriff's Investigators say the majority of victims claim to have given their cash payments to Kennedy.

Joseph Martin, the former sales manager who was arrested August 27th, remains in jail.
