Ashburn - After not making the state playoffs last year, the Turner County Rebels are looking to rebound in 2008.
Turner County's strength will be at the skill positions with Kevion Newberry stepping in at quarterback and fleet of receivers to throw the football.
The concern is on the line of scrimmage where the Rebels have five new offensive line starters and only one defensive lineman returning.
Coach Soliday believes the lines will round into shape but until they do the Rebels will rely on their speed to win early.
Erik Soliday said "I am just hoping we can use some speed. Spread the field out. Keep the people at bay until we get the interior where it needs to be. Then you have got a chance to go 50-50 and make it a little more even."
Turner County will host Worth County in their season opener next week.
