Sylvester - There is good news and bad news for the Worth County Rams this year.
The good news is that Worth County has eight starters back on defense.
The bad news is only five starters are back on offense.
One of those is quarterback Sam Youngblood who is ready for his third season as the starter and joining him is fullback Buster Jackson who rushed for 1000 yards last year.
The defense is what will carry the Rams with a defensive front led by Meshack Williams.
Worth County coach Harris Rainbow said "Our D-line we have got four returning starters and we have got three other guys who key reps. So, that is seven guys that are going to rotate over there. We feel like that is a real strength for us."
Worth County opens the season at Turner County next Friday night.
