ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A 16 year old girl will serve seven years in prison for her role in a robbery/murder.

Kyinde Bellamy Monday pleaded guilty Monday to conspiracy to commit armed robbery and aggravated assault. She had been facing murder charges.

Prosecutors say Bellamy was one of three teenage girls who helped set up an armed robbery in March at Westwind Apartments. They opened the door for 19 year old Jarvis Yarn, who, police say, shot and killed 28 year old Manuel Montanes.

Prosecutors say Bellamy will be expected to testify in Yarn's murder trial, scheduled for September.
