Miller County -- A school bus was stopped in the road to unload students on Highway 27 and White's Bridge Road when a tractor trailer rig slammed into a pickup truck, which then slammed into the rear of a mini-van, which then hit a Miller County Headstart bus.

Six people from this crash were airlifted to a hospital in Tallahassee Memorial Hospital for treatment.

We do not have the names of those involved in the wreck, but we are told that the driver of the semi-truck is the most seriously injured. He is said to be in critical condition, and on life support.

The man who was driving the pickup truck is in critical condition.

We don't now the conditions of the mother and children in the mini-van, but we are told they are 'stable' and have broken bones.

A three-year-old child we believe was a passenger on the Head Start bus also suffered at least one broken bone, but we do not know the condition of the child.

We'll have more information on this story in our 6:00 news.
