ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Tonight Albany Police are on the lookout for two burglary suspects who ran from them this afternoon. A few minutes after four men broke into a home on Mercantile Drive, witnesses saw the suspects speed down Cannon Avenue about a mile away. They turned the corner in a white Honda Accord and hit a basketball goal. Neighbor Pam Hammock says that's when they took off running.

"That's when I saw two boys jump out, run into the woods where the train track is that goes to Oakridge. And I didn't realize there were three or four others in the car until I saw other police cars pulling in," she says.

They caught 22 year old Darell Jay Taylor right away and got 18 year old Jacquez Walker a little later. They're both charged with burglary. Investigators are still looking for the two other young men. Police recovered several articles of stolen clothing from the abandoned vehicle and returned them to the victim. If you know anything about them, police want you to call crime stoppers at 436-tips.
