ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The two teenaged boys who made that Flying Baby video posted on YouTube are no longer in custody.

They appeared in court Wednesday and were released from the Youth Detention center.  The 16 year old boys made a video in June that showed one of them launching nine month old Junior McMillan across a room.

The baby was catapulted off an inflatable pillow and landed with a thud and started crying.  The teenagers were charged with cruelty to a child, but the charges against the boy behind the camera have now been dropped.

Additionally, the teen who actually launched the baby was released with time served, which means he'll not spend any more time in custody.  The baby, who we met in the days following that video, is doing just fine.
