Athens - The Georgia football team earned another preseason number one honor.
However, it remains to be seen if Bulldog fans are happy with this ranking.
Sports Illustrated has Georgia ranked number one in their college football preseason preview.
Teams usually picked by Sports Illustrated have had their struggles leading to some to believe appearing on the magazine cover can be curse.
Sports Illustrated says that with 17 starters returning the Bulldogs should be able to handle any bad luck.
The question is can they handle a schedule that has five opponents ranked in S-I's top 20.
Florida, Auburn, LSU and Tennessee are all ranked in the top 11.
Matthew Stafford said "I think it is pretty easy with our schedule to realize it is going to be a tough one."
Knowshon Moreno said "It is like everyone else says. Take one game at a time. Every game is going to be tough this season most definitely. So, we are really trying to prepare."
Sports Illustrated's top ten has Georgia, Ohio State, Southern California, Missouri, Florida, Oklahoma, Auburn, Texas Tech, LSU and Wisconsin. Tennessee is ranked 12th and Arizona State, where Georgia plays on September 20th, is ranked 16th by the magazine.
Other than the offensive line, S-I says there is not a weakness on the Georgia team that has 17 starters returning. The Bulldogs aren't listening to the preseason hype.
They see five opponents listed in Sports Illustrated's preseason top 20.
