Tifton, GA (WALB) -

Three men are in jail in Tifton tonight charged with murdering a man in his yard. Twenty year old Barry Bullard was shot in the head around nine o'clock Wednesday night at Deas Apartments in Tifton. Witnesses say three men in a gold Lexus drove up, jumped out, and started shooting. Bullard's best friend and mother were close by when it happened.

"I just took off running, and I just heard some shots. A lot of shots and when I came back I just saw my friend laying on the ground, shaking," says his friend, Michael Taylor. "He was good to me. He was my heart to me. I'm a mother and I'm not trying to put him on a pedestal but he didn't deserve to go out the way he did," says his mother Pauline Stafford.

Thirty year old Jeremy Reynolds, Junior Twenty-three year old Neddrick Green, and twenty-three year old Allen Williams were arrested later that night. The victim's mother said the men have been bullying her son for the past month and even shot at her home a while back. Police aren't releasing the suspects' pictures until a line-up next week.
