A Dougherty County jail inmate bolted after deputies took him to a hospital Monday, but Tuesday he's back in custody. 45 year old Winfred Turner was recaptured at a family member's house on North Jackson Street Tuesday morning.
Turner escaped from Phoebe Putney hospital Monday afternoon after being arrested on drug charges. He could face two years in prison now for his escape.
