ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Armed robbers tied up a clerk and robbed an East Albany grocery store Monday afternoon.

Three men held up the Los Pinos Mexican Grocery on East Broad Avenue just after 2PM.  The clerk told Police the three men pulled a gun on her, tied her up and took money from the cash register and the clerk's purse. She quickly got loose and called Police.

An ambulance was called to treat the clerk for minor injuries. Albany Police Media ManagerPhyllis Banks-Whitley said  "they are still trying to figure out how she obtained those injuries. So that's all we have at this point regarding injuries she has. They are not life threatening injuries, but she was injured."

Police are questioning at least one man, but so far, no one's been charged.
