Mrs. Doris Faye Thompson Chelmer
Mrs. Doris F. Thompson Chelmer, 79, of Albany in the Winterwood area died Friday July 25th 2008.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 4:00 to 6:00PM at Kimbrell-Stern. A Graveside funeral service will be held Monday 10:00AM at Crown Hill Cemetery. Rev. Mike McAfee will be officiating.
Mrs. Chelmer was born in Key West, FL on Aug 18, 2008. She graduated from Key West High School and was married to the late Sam Chelmer for 48 years. Mrs. Chelmer is survived by two daughters, Kathy Chelmer of Albany and Sherry Rode of The Colony, TX. Additional survivors include one sister, Mary Jenkins of Stuart, FL; one granddaughter Stacey Rode of Plano, TX and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was a devoted wife and loving mother
