ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Two Miller County brothers are facing federal charges. Jim and Guy Stovall own Road Runner Seafood in Colquitt.
They, along with 5 other men, are charged with 57 counts surrounding an illegal fish trafficking operation.
The indictment says the Stovalls worked with fisherman and seafood dealers in Florida to transport fish illegally across state lines from Florida to Georgia, mislabeled fish, and falsified documents.
Officials say the total commercial value of the fish involved exceeded $200,000.
