ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A law suit filed Monday against Nebraska Beef, who the Public Health Department reports sold e-coli tainted meat to a Moultrie restaurant, may not be the only local complaint filed.

Three more families have contacted Attorney William Marler for information. Today Marler said Nebraska Beef has been served with the complaint filed by John and Evelyn Stewart.

Stewart remains hospitalized at Archbold Memorial Hospital along with several others who ate at the Barbeque Pit. The restaurant still remains closed, but hopes to reopen soon.
