ALBANY, GA (WALB) - Several Albany churches will come together Friday night for a woman's conference, that is expected to attract thousands.

Harvest Kingdom Jubilee Ministries will be hosting the 2008 Women's Conference. During last year's conference, more than two thousand woman from across South Georgia attended the event.

They expect that number to double this year. This years theme is"R U Thirsty?"

"We are not seeking membership. We are just seeking woman who are out there crying out for more. They are crying out trying to figure out what they can do. We are reaching out to women who just need a touch from the Lord. They need to know that God can quench that thirst," said minister, Rhonda Graham.

The conference will start Friday night at 7:00 PM at Harvest Kingdom on South Slappey, and will continue through Sunday.
