ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Albany Police Department reports that Manuel John Hall, age 65, has been arrested and charged for the hit and run incident that sent two people to the hospital Monday.
37-year-old Kenneth Parker and 36-year-old Donna King were hit at the intersection of Pine Avenue and Jefferson Street about 9:15 AM. They were taken to Palmyra Medical Centers by ambulance, with non-life threatening injuries, where they were treated and released.
Police were on the lookout for a blue 1986 Chevrolet C-10 Pickup Truck, which they found and impounded that afternoon, but they couldn't locate the driver.
