ALBANY, GA (WALB) - The Albany Police Department reports that Manuel John Hall, age 65, has been arrested and charged for the hit and run incident that sent two people to the hospital Monday.

37-year-old Kenneth Parker and 36-year-old Donna King were hit at the intersection of Pine Avenue and Jefferson Street about 9:15 AM. They were taken to Palmyra Medical Centers by ambulance, with non-life threatening injuries, where they were treated and released.

Hall is charged with three felonies- Hit and Run, and two counts of Serious Injury by a Vehicle. He also faces two misdemeanor charges of driving on a Suspended License, and Failing to Yield at a Crosswalk for a Pedestrian.
