ALBANY, GA (WALB) - A missing Macon County hispanic laborer is found murdered, and agents say the man charged with killing him has been arrested in Florida.

Thirty eight year old Miguel Perez's body was found Wednesday night along Reuben Odom Road in Oglethorpe, in Macon County. GBI Special Agent in charge Danny Jackson said 33 year old Manuel Reyes worked with Perez on the same farm and was arrested in Florida.

An autopsy revealed Perez died of a gunshot wound to the head. Agents are still trying to determine what happened between the men that lead to the murder.
